We are a true family practice medical office, seeing toddlers through senior citizens. We treat most common illnesses: including diabetes, hypertension, depression, colds, lumps and bumps. We provide most lab tests and services associated with family practices. We even remove tattoos. We do not do disability evaluations.
The practice is committed to providing enough time with each patient to meet his or her individual needs. The doctor will focus on the patient — not his computer. Should you experience a longer wait, it means someone needed extra care.
Your $59 pays for an office visit. Recommendations for tests and treatments will be carefully made in the examining room. You are given these costs. Your health and/or treatment help determine when we think you should come back. You decide what course of action you can afford.
Good Medical Care:
We don’t always tell you what you want to hear. We try to tell you what you NEED to hear.
Better Patient Education:
We find ways to teach people how to help themselves.
Prescription refills should be done during an office visit. We have a $35 pre-paid fee for refills between visits. To avoid these types of problems, bring all your bottles each visit. If you are sick enough that you think you need an antibiotic, you are sick enough to be seen. We do not write prescriptions on demand.
Missed appointments cost us both time and money. These events are recorded and the plan of action, based on circumstances, will be discussed at the next visit. Habitual behavior can result in additional fees.
Prescription drug overdoses have become our nation’s leading cause of accidental death. These deaths exceed those suffered in motor vehicle accidents and illegal drug use combined! We will not write prescriptions on demand. All prescriptions will be written in accordance with recommended treatment plans. Costs of office visits are nonrefundable.
We will provide only essential care for 30 days to allow you to find another provider. Controlled substances will not be provided during this time.
